At Bad MoFo we are very confident in the quality of our dog collars and so we offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
Our lifetime warranty is included with all our apparel products and is in place to cover any manufacturer defects with the product.
Please note that this lifetime warranty does not include coverage against scratches, chips, nicks, and excessive abuse. This warranty is specific to our apparel collection.

WARRANTY TERMS:
To return your your Bad MoFo dog collar you must:
- Contact BMD@badmofodog.com by email to obtain instructions.
- Customer must pay shipping to get the dog collar back to us.
- Dog collar must pass the returned items inspection by our team.
If our team do find a defect or issue that meet our warranty claim requirements, your dog collar replacement will be approved as soon as possible. Delivery time can vary depending on inventory of the dog collar.
WE WILL NOT PROVIDE EXCHANGES DUE TO INCORRECT MEASUREMENT UNLESS THE ITEM IS UNWORN AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. CUSTOMER WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING IN BOTH DIRECTIONS FOR EXCHANGES.
